Last Summer we spent a wonderful day at Crowders Mountain State Park NC. We went canoeing, then did the trail climb to the top of Crowders Mt, called the Pinnacle. After canoeing for almost an hour the trail climb to the top ended just short of the Pinnacle. Next summer we will try again only we may skip canoeing for just the trail climb.
It is a great state park with lots to do and see and is highly recommended.
